This collection is based on one of my favorite movies, Dreamgirls. When I was a kid I loved the film for its music, story and costumes. Taking place through the 1960s to 1970s the movie follows the lives of three young girls trying to make it into the music industry. For my collection I was inspired by their special bond, music and fashion during the 60s and 70s. I also include photo references of Motown group, The Supremes which the film is loosely based on and other artists who have shaped the world of music.
